We're looking for an experienced bilingual Global Project Manager to drive the global rollout of the ServiceNow ITSM platform. The scope includes deployment across 5 regions, covering 200+ sites, 38,000 users, and 50,000+ devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of ServiceNow ITSM globally
  • Collaborate with both regional and global stakeholders
  • Ensure successful deployment of the following modules:
    • Incident Management
    • Service Request
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Knowledge Management
  • Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
Requirements

  • Proven global project management experience
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Bilingual: English (business+) and Japanese (conversational+)
