We're looking for an experienced bilingual Global Project Manager to drive the global rollout of the ServiceNow ITSM platform. The scope includes deployment across 5 regions, covering 200+ sites, 38,000 users, and 50,000+ devices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end rollout of ServiceNow ITSM globally
Collaborate with both regional and global stakeholders
Ensure successful deployment of the following modules:
Incident Management
Service Request
Problem Management
Change Management
Knowledge Management
Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Proven global project management experience
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Bilingual: English (business+) and Japanese (conversational+)
