We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Program Manager to lead and manage complex IT programs in a Federal Government environment for a federal contract in support of the Office of Procurement US Patent and Trademark Office. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of program management experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to overseeing large-scale ServiceNow implementations. This individual will play a key leadership role in delivering mission-critical solutions, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and guiding a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals. A strong understanding of IT operations and ITIL practices is essential. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.

Duties And Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow-based programs for Federal Government clients, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with federal regulations.
Manage cross-functional teams of 20 or more, including developers, engineers, and business analysts, in the successful deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms.
Oversee program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery within scope and cost parameters.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and promoting ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with enterprise IT and business leadership to define system requirements, design workflows, and implement scalable ITSM/ITOM solutions.
Ensure all program documentation, governance, and risk management practices align with Federal standards.
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation within the program team.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of program management, at least 5 years of which were supporting ServiceNow implementations in the Federal Government
5+ years of demonstrated experience managing Federal Government information technology programs, leading teams of at least 20 staff
ITIL Certification or minimum of 5 years working within an IT Operations environment
US Citizenship required
PMP certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
