Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant/ ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location: Delhi/ Gurgaon – 5 days a week

Job Type: Contract

Rate – Upto 20000/Day

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our ITSM delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Self-Service Portal development and customization. You will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to improve our IT service delivery and user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
  • Configure and customize CMDB, ensuring CI relationships and data integrity.
  • Develop and enhance Self-Service Portals, including service catalogs, knowledge base, and request workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Perform system administration duties such as user management, ACLs, UI policies, client/server scripts.
  • Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
  • Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and team planning activities.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • Proven expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management).
  • Deep knowledge of CMDB design, CI relationships, and discovery integration.
  • Experience building and customizing Self-Service Portals, service catalogs, and virtual agents.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, UI policies/actions, Business Rules, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Best Practices, Scoped Applications, and Update Sets.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CIS-ITSM/CMDB are a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ITIL framework and aligning ServiceNow configurations accordingly.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


Certifications (preferred):

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
