We’re hiring: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Operator

Prefer Dallas-based, hybrid 3x/week (near Love Field, moving to Addison soon)

6-month contract-to-hire

Conversion salary target: ~$90K

Must have:

✅ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM (Telecom Service Management)

✅ Familiar with the Xanadu release (Q4 2024)

This role is a mix of implementation, customization, and operations. You’ll configure modules, build workflows, run point on troubleshooting, and support teams using the platform.

You’ll be doing things like:

• Configuring and customizing ServiceNow apps and modules
• Supporting day-to-day platform performance
• Leading implementation for new releases or modules
• Creating documentation, training internal users, and improving processes
• Managing integrations (REST/SOAP) with external systems

Tools & skills that matter:

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
• Deep knowledge of modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM
• Strong communication across technical + non-technical teams
• ServiceNow CSA (or higher) is a plus
• Telecom experience preferred
