  • Ensure all development aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
  • Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets)
  • Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
  • Ensure that the platform capabilities are efficiently and effectively utilized to drive expected business outcomes.
  • Requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support
  • Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.
  • Work with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps
  • Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
  • Ability to maintain and develop scoped applications
  • Working with project resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition.
  • Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
  • Proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Mid level (3+)Three plus years of hands-on integration experience in ServiceNow
  • Senior level (5+) Five plus years of Hands-on Integration experience in ServiceNow
  • Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts.
  • Good understanding of ACLs
  • Fosters a customer-focused environment.
  • Communicates effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Eliminates obstacles, gets results, have a clear, positive, and direct impact on business performance.
  • Good problem solver and out of the box thinker
  • Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
  • Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
