Job Title: ServiceNow Lead
Location: Remote (Canada)
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Provisioning and Governance).
Leverage ServiceNow ITOM best practices to improve operational efficiency and provide proactive support for IT infrastructure.
Conduct impact analysis and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM components, ensuring smooth integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end ITOM solutions, focusing on incident, event, change, and problem management
Work on ServiceNow Discovery, including configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM
Experience in the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow
Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolution of ITOM-related issues.
Ability to design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with ServiceNow orchestration and automation
Should be certified in any of the following
CIS ITOM
CIS Discovery
CIS Service Mapping
CIS Event Management
CIS Cloud Provisioning and Governance
Must have certificates excluding the ones above are
CSA
CAD
