• Design, develop, and document new ServiceNow module configurations and services.
• Assess business requirements of simple to medium complexity and estimate work effort for implementation.
• Assist System Administrators with ServiceNow incidents and requests.
• Provide guidance to ServiceNow System Administrators.
• Engage with stakeholders during initial requirements calls.
• Share knowledge with team members and report on process changes.
• Participate in projects to improve efficiency and act as a substitute for other team members when needed.
• Respond to escalations in cooperation with supervisors and train team members.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Expertise in creating core applications, UI policies, and service integrations.
• Experience implementing business applications is a must.
• Familiarity with ITOM or CNDB is a plus.
• Proficiency in Powershell, Java, and Python is a bonus.
