💡 About the Roles

We are on the lookout for experienced and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Chennai for two specialized roles:

• ServiceNow Developer
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Both roles involve working on ServiceNow-based applications to develop, implement, and optimize solutions that improve IT services, workflows, and operations.

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience

ServiceNow Developer:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, business rules, UI actions, and integration.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist:

• 7+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions across various business functions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in leading ServiceNow deployment and driving customer success.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
