Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Developer at 35 Solutions Pty Ltd. We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and mobile app development to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Field Service Management modules.
  • Create and enhance mobile applications that integrate seamlessly with the ServiceNow FSM solutions, improving user accessibility and experience.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user interfaces to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
  • Maintain and enhance existing FSM solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality development.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and FSM trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate ServiceNow with other applications and systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members as needed.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, particularly with Field Service Management applications.
  • Strong skills in mobile app development, including experience with ServiceNow Mobile Studio or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, especially FSM, Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
