About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic Technology Implementation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Field Service Management (FSM). You will play a critical role in automating business processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall user experience within the ServiceNow platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and reports.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integrations with other systems.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, FSM) to meet business needs.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Utilize and contribute to ServiceNow's Hardware and Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities.
  • Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting, workflows, integrations, and data model.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions within CSM, ITSM, and FSM modules.
    • Expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant scripting languages.
    • Experience with ServiceNow REST API and integration with external systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
    • Knowledge of Jira Cloud preferred.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
    • Experience with HAM/SAM Pro and data analysis is a strong plus.


    Note: The position does not have a remote option; it's Work From Office (5 Days). Please note that, after completing virtual discussions, the candidate is required to travel to Hyderabad to meet our India Operations Head. This is a mandatory part of our interview process. Kindly be aware that travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
