Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow ITSM Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with extensive expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will design and implement ITSM solutions, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions that enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow ITSM Development: Design, develop, and implement ITSM workflows and solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Provide expert guidance on optimizing and streamlining ITSM processes. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow ITSM features and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve ITSM-related issues to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration & Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITSM with other ServiceNow modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored ITSM solutions. Required Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) At least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM Proven ability to develop and manage ITSM workflows Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication for interacting with stakeholders and providing technical guidance Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, CSM) is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Experience: ServiceNow: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
