• Hands-on experience with Incident Management, ITSM, Service Catalog & Asset
• Management product; Nice to have experience in HR applications
• Hands-on experience on Script Includes, Business Rules & Client scripts
• Excellent communication skills - verbal & written are truly essential
• Demonstrated experience working with business partners to interpret requirements
• Experience working in Agile mode and working with remotely located teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX is preferred
• Experience working with relational databases, good SQL skills Good understanding and background in TCP/IP, IT security, and single sign-on technologies
• System integration experience using web services (SOAP, REST) is must
• Experience in building Service portals using Angular is a plus."
