The person should have live experience in web development along with hands on experience in Javascript, html5/css3, XML / json, API integration and ServiceNow functional expertize.
The person is good to have exposure to the ServiceNow ITSM or CSM service catalog and integration capabilities with ServiceNow. Preferable knowledge on TSM module is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience of development and delivery for E2E implementation of various modules in ServiceNow. Experience in B2B Integration.
Experience on ServiceNow App Engine. Implemented B2B Integrations with Customers / Partners using REST/SOAP and JSON/XML
ITIL certification is preferred
Experience in incident response and demonstrated broad problem-solving skills, including error examination, analysis and technical recommendations on the ServiceNow platform or related systems.
Should deliver high quality of code
Should participate in application evolution by contributing technical enhancement to the applications
Should provide UAT support.
Should provide third level support to production issues from assigned application within defined SLA.
Should develop business as well as technical knowledge on the applications.
Should participate in project review meetings as and when required.
Skill Profile
Strong technical skills in Javascript, html5/css3, XML / json, API integration, Java, and SQL.
ServiceNow certification prefarable.
Strong telecom background
Strong troubleshooting skills on ServiceNow Utah version and capability to propose new solutions to business problem.
Ability to build up good user ergonomics based on new technologies like Web 2.0, HTML5/CS
