About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. The role is fully remote , but you must be based in the Netherlands and communicate fluently in Dutch, as you will collaborate with Dutch-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or other modules).
• Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP APIs, and UI policies .
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI actions, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure platform stability.
• Provide technical documentation and end-user training when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, etc.) .
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations .
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal .
• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and strong communication skills in English.
• ServiceNow certifications (eg, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
