Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead and implement innovative IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions, ensuring high-quality design, configuration, and integrations across key modules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on expertise in ITSM with 3-4 years of experience in ITBM/SPM modules.
• Configure and customize Service Portals and REST integrations to meet business needs.
• Develop advanced scripts in ServiceNow using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, XML, and JSON.
• Utilize expertise across ServiceNow modules, including CSM, HRSD, and APM, to drive effective solutions.
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow administrative settings for seamless operations.
• Lead solution development, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
• Conduct peer reviews and establish guidelines for system code development.

Certifications:
