Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer with expertise in HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) and ITSM (IT Service Management). Knowledge of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules is an added advantage. The role involves configuring, customizing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to streamline HR, IT, and risk management workflows, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRSD Development: Configure and optimize HRSD features such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions.
  • IRM/GRC Support (Added Advantage): Assist in implementing and customizing IRM and GRC modules, such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  • Customization and Scripting: Develop custom scripts, business rules, UI actions, and workflows using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
  • Integrations: Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, risk, and compliance teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and recommend ServiceNow best practices.
  • Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure the smooth functioning of all ServiceNow modules in use.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and customizations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across HR, IT, and risk management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM. Experience with IRM and GRC modules is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, workflow configuration, and Service Portal.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM modules like Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Familiarity with HRSD modules such as Employee Service Center and Case Management.
  • Basic understanding or exposure to IRM and GRC workflows and configurations (preferred).
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
