Role: ServiceNow Delivery Manager

Location: Chicago, IL-Hybrid

Visa: USC and any GC Visa



Job Description:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 4-7 years of experience in project management, product delivery, or related roles, with a strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle.

Skills:

Proven track record of managing successful project deliveries within scope, budget, and timeline.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex delivery challenges.

Strong understanding of product development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects with competing deadlines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar).

Familiarity with technical concepts and product design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple departments or geographies.

Familiarity with IT and software delivery, especially in an agile environment.

Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, or other relevant technical concepts.

Experience in customer-facing roles or dealing with external clients.
