Client seeks an Application Support Technician. Work is expected to be performed onsite in MPLS, MN - local resource is preferred.
This position is a general support position. The main goal is to provide a level of technical support for Client's lower/medium criticality systems. It is not expected that the candidate has experience working with all of these systems, but the candidate does need to have problem solving/technical skills to help assess issues, work to resolve them, document the steps to resolve them, and equip others in the organization with that knowledge for business continuity purposes. This position may also participate in ITSM related process activities such as the Change Advisory Board and Incident communications.
Projected Start - June 9, 2025 through end of 2025 w/possible extensions.
Must Have
Experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Experience with M365 Suite
Inquisitive and resourceful to research and document technology support solutions
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Experience with meeting facilitation and Business Analysis
Experience in Change Management and other ITSM processes
