ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Job Descriptions:
Practitioner with 4-9 years of experience.
Strong Hands-on ServiceNow Scripting/Development skills (Client & Service side).
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Web-Services.
Expertise with ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, Access Management, Platform Administration and Workspaces.
Clear understanding of ServiceNow Platform Best Practices.
CMDB expertise – Maintain CMDB Health, KPI’s, Multi-Sources, Application and Process relationship.
Continuously improve and leverage ServiceNow’s ITOM module to enhance CMDB data accuracy and Asset Management practices.
Design, develop, and maintain CSDM to ensure proper classification, relationships, IRE and data modelling for services, applications, and IT components.
Strong in Troubleshooting and Error Handling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into effective CMDB and Service Mapping strategies.
Oversee data governance, quality, and integrity in the CMDB, ensuring that configuration items (CIs) are accurately tracked and managed.
3) ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)

Practitioner with 4-9 years of experience.

Knowledge on CMDB and Data Relationship development activities.
Strong in Troubleshooting and Error Handling.
Fluent with Stakeholder Communications and Requirement Analysis.
