The ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst Lead supports the core functions of the ServiceNow platform to enhance patient care. This role involves the implementation, administration, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform with minimal guidance. The Analyst Lead will manage complex issues, contribute to design decisions, and deliver clear communication and documentation on application functionality, interfaces, data structures, and workflows.

Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in healthcare or technology environments, with at least two major ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.
Required Skills & Abilities
ServiceNow Modules Knowledge: Proficiency in ITSM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, SLO, FSM, and CMDB modules.
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Active Directory/LDAP, and front-end browser technologies.
Project Management: Experience in driving technical projects, managing releases, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that the ServiceNow platform functions smoothly, supporting operational efficiency and quality care in the healthcare sector. The Analyst Lead will drive system optimizations and contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow operations within the organization.
