Job Description

TCS (TATA Consultancy Services Ltd) is seeking a Business Development Manager (ServiceNow) to support Unit. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated individual with a passion for service delivery excellence combined with the desire and energy to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth environment.

Responsibilities: -

10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure including in IT Solutions / Bid Management / Pre-Sales support

Extrovert with good interpersonal, presentation and skills to develop client relationships

Ability to engage with clients and present to C level / IT Director Audiences

Commercial awareness – ability to quickly understand the client’s business case and price drivers

History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions

Demonstrable experience of managing IT outsourcing pursuing and successfully building solutions and providing pre sales support end to end deals

Global experience / mind-set

Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance is an advantage

Expertise in data centers, storage, hosting, tool technologies

Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints

Excellent oral and written communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years in a Financial Services client-facing environment, with a strong experience of advanced project management principles.

Extensive experience growing and managing client relationships and managing complex services contracts.

Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail, and the flexibility to work with various aspects of a business.

Salary Range: $147,917-$196,620 a year
