Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Carlisle, PA (Remote)
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Responsibilities:
Setting up assessment meetings with the Server Service Owner and the Server Rebuild team to go through a checklist of questions and artifacts required to make decisions on the rebuild and approach.
Assist in scheduling of the change in production for the server rebuild (most of these will be off hours and wknds for the change)
Must be present on the call during the change and help escalate if resources are not in attendance.
Attend all wkly and daily meetings on server rebuild stand up calls
Follow the change management policy and process documented in ServiceNow
Meet aggressive deadlines and ability to work independently
Responsible to manage at least 2 - 3 changes per wk for a set of servers
Skills
ServiceNow experience (beginner to intermediate)
Technical experience with Wintel and Linux server support
Ability to facilitate and coordinate complex work with multiple teams
Attention to detail and detailed planning
Working hours
Flex the 40 hr wk based on change schedule – can require night and weekend support at times
