Summary

Day to Day:

Insight Global’s Healthcare client is seeking a remote resource to join their growing ServiceNow team to assist with managing project and workflows within their environment of over 1150 ITIL users, in an environment of over 40,000 employees.


The candidate will be tasked with helping to grow and expand the use of the SNOW platform. They will be intaking requests from stake holders, understanding the goals by leadership, and work with development teams to push out solutions.


This resource will also assist with some administrative tasks, such as building catalogue items, helping with integrations, performing maintenance on the platform, and handling upgrades. They should have experience working in the Agile & SDLC environment


Must Haves:

  • 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow Business Analysis working closely with stakeholders and developers
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Extensive knowledge of all SNOW modules including: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, & ITAM preferred
  • Experience working with ServiceNow Platform Owners gathering requirements & assisting with growing use of platform
  • Strong Understanding of various project methodologies – SDLC, Agile, ITSM, & ITIL
  • Experience managing projects and workflows

Plusses:

  • Healthcare Experience
  • Experience with versions: Vancouver & Washington


Compensation:

$100,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary
