We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with government functional customers to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business process needs into user stories while ensuring prioritization using Agile methodology.
Analyze and improve existing business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the implementation of technology solutions that align with DLA Digital Business Transformation initiatives.
Participate in design sessions and contribute to the development of process improvement strategies.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an agile environment, with proven expertise in requirements development, testing, training, and documentation development
Required
ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
