About the Role:

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CMDB: Data modeling, workflow customization, custom JavaScript scripting
• Solid IT Asset Management (ITAM) & ServiceNow Development experience
• Strong ServiceNow development skills
• API development experience
• Architecture-level understanding
• Ability to evaluate and improve existing architecture
• Capable of making strategic recommendations

Nice to Have Skills:

• IT Service Asset Management (ITSAM) experience is a plus
• IT Risk Management (ITRM) experience is a plus
• ServiceNow Architect Certification is a plus

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $135K – $165K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
