Architecture

Main responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural solutions for ServiceNow modules (CMDB, Asset Pro, ITOM, ITSM, Risk, Vendor Management).
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing architectures, propose remediation strategies and submit recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work with an integrator to optimize the current implementation and establish a suitable roadmap.
• Implement IT asset management practices and ensure associated governance.
• Ensure project compliance with technical standards (security, availability, performance, scalability).
• Create and connect digital workflows between different departments (IT, Finance, Architecture, etc.).
  
  

Publications

• Architectural plans, diagrams, integration documents, and reports for the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
• Prototypes, business cases and presentations for stakeholders.
  
  

Technologies and expertise

• Owner of the architecture of critical projects in the ServiceNow domain.
• Evaluate new technologies for strategic implementations aligned with business objectives.
• Act as an expert and technical reference on ServiceNow best practices.
  
  

Required Profile

Technical skills

• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules: CMDB, HAM, SAM, ITOM.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations (SSO, REST, LDAP).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in architecture modeling and data repository management (CSDM).
  
  

General Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to popularize complex concepts.
• Leadership and mentoring to guide project teams.
• Strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team spirit, proactivity, and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
  
  

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in solutions architecture, ideally in the financial sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes.
  
  

Languages and certifications

• Bilingual French/English (asset).
• TOGAF, ServiceNow, ITIL or equivalent certifications (asset).
  
  

Working conditions

• Hybrid environment: 2 days/week on site.
