Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Write service orders and communicate repair needs to technicians
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and service jobs
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of required parts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or service writing preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for service writing
