Description

Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for a Service Transition Specialist. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The Service Transition Specialist should perform project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. Role expectations

  • Align processes to strategy.
  • Map and model business processes
  • Analyze and run processes simulations
  • Design/reengineer end to end business processes
  • Translate process improvements into transition projects
  • Lead new product or modified services into production environments

What We're Looking For

  • Desired bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. May have a master degree with 0-12 months of experience
  • 2 years of directly related experience in the business.
  • English proficiency
  • Problem solving skills, results oriented, time management, attentive to detail and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard software programs (MS VISIO, MS Project, Minitab).
  • Certifications on SCRUM, ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP or Agile, ABPM
