Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Technician role located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of window cleaning equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise, providing field service to clients, and delivering exceptional customer service on-site.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
• Field Service experience
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in window cleaning or related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
