Job Title: Service Sales Manager - Security Guard Services

Location:Corona, California

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20-24 per hour (Depending on experience) + Commissions


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our internal and outside sales teams for our security guard services in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to drive innovation in sales strategies.


Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage both internal and outside sales teams.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and provide support.


Sales Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the company and acquire new clients.
  • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and monitor the progress of the sales teams in meeting these goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's reach.


Performance Management:

  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales teams.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and training to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary.


Innovation and Strategy:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Innovate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Travel to meet prospects and customers.
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the security services industry.(3 years min)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Expirience in business to business and business to consumer sales.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Southern California markets and security industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
