Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a background in Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in installing, upgrading and configuring applications
• Strong understanding of web technologies and the components of web-based applications
• Experience in some middleware products such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss EAP, IIS
• Experience in container platforms such as Kubernetes,Docker
• Experience with Redhat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms on Cloud
• Experience in Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems; configuration, implementation and administration
• Experience in platform components such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Keycloak, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch
• Experience in database platforms such as MS SQL Server, Oracle
• Experience in NoSQL databases such as Redis, Couchbase
• Experience in failover, high availability, disaster recovery
• Good knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities on connectivity issues due to firewall, load balancer, proxy, and others
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
• Knowledge of Change, Incident and Problem Management processes, ITIL certificate is a plus
• Experience in scripting, programming and automation
• Aviation experience is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong customer services and problem-solving skills
• Highly results-oriented and brings a dynamic energy to the team
• Having no obstacle to travel domestic and international

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide services and infrastructure operations to support internal and external customers in terms of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external, COTS and our software products
• Involve in on-site implementation projects of our software products (Installation, configuration, maintenance, training)
• Prepare and update project documentation
• Perform routine and periodic upgrades and maintenance activities of our software products
• Involve in preparing solution design&architecture with the solution architecture team
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports for the customers
• Implement and maintain scalable and reliable systems infrastructure
• Develop and implement automation tools and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively
• Investigate and resolve system failures and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure application reliability and performance
• Identify, evaluate and implement improvement areas for the services and platforms we operate and ensure the necessary coordination
