Investigates and ensures resolution of customer service requests. Reconciles and communicates information from a variety of sources to ensure accurate resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Return Quote to customers and timely manner
contributor to revenue regenerator
Attend warranty claims and sales orders
Order entries into oracle
Order creation
Changer Orders Creation
Follow up orders
Arrange returns materials to suppliers.
Continue communication with customers
Maintains accurate and complete documentation of customers communication and action taken. Control of documents including customer folders, quotes, purchase orders, etc.
Liaison between different internal departments
Able to communicate with all levels of management and non-management personal.
Able to identify potential problems and escalate as necessary.
Work with KPI and generates sales and warranty reports.
Create RMA’s
Create credit for service parts orders
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in manufacturing, business or supply chain.
Fluency in English and Spanish required (read, write and speak).
Oracle
Work under pressure
Good and strong verbal and written communication.

Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.)
