The Service Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define service objectives and leverage ITIL methodologies to optimize performance. This role also involves incident, problem, and change management, ensuring services align with mission-critical goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
ITIL Foundation certification required; advanced ITIL certifications preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT service delivery or operations.
Familiarity with DoD and IC environments.
