HVAC Service Manager
Job Location: Boxborough, MA
Job Salary: $100-140k
Position Overview
The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the service department's operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing the HVAC team, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role focuses on efficient management of service processes, training and development of staff, and driving the overall performance of the HVAC service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of service requests.
- Supervise and support HVAC technicians and service staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills in HVAC installation and service.
- Utilize ServiceTitan for scheduling, dispatching, and tracking service calls to optimize department performance.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring all service requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service efforts and improve overall customer experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory and equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service management, preferably in a residential HVAC setting.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and improve department performance.
