  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Financial Services or similarly complex, regulated industries.
  • Influential Leadership: Skilled at driving the adoption of service management and control best practices in globally distributed, federated organizations — primarily through influence, not authority.
  • Thought Leadership: Ability to provide both conceptual and technical leadership in the service management and control space.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Steady and composed when navigating high-pressure situations and operational challenges.
  • Navigating Complexity: Comfortable managing ambiguity, resolving stakeholder conflicts, and pushing initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Ownership & Execution: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to see initiatives through from inception to completion.
  • DevOps & Agile Expertise: Demonstrated success driving DevOps and Agile practices within large, complex, and federated organizations.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in overseeing and optimizing relationships with technology vendors.
  • Exceptional Communication: Fluent in communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively, across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations.
  • Global Leadership: Comfortable leading cross-cultural teams spread across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Change Agent: Energetic and dynamic leader who can drive cultural change and engagement across teams.
  • Service Management Passion: Deep understanding of how technology operates, with a strong passion for service management and operational excellence.
  • Methodology Expertise: Solid understanding of ITIL, SRE, or equivalent service management frameworks.
  • Financial Process Awareness: Working knowledge of finance processes and their intersection with technology services.
