Job Description Service/Maintenance Managers make our apartment communities a great place to live. You will oversee maintenance at our 225-unit apartment home community in Center City, Philadelphia. A bit more about what you'll do… * Lead and develop a team of 1-2 direct reports * Provide exemplary service to residents and team members * Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests * Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed * Ensure property is in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety * Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service
