Summary

Job Title: Service Manager (Electrical Background)

Job Location: Philippines or Laos


Open to Expats and Local (Philippines and Laos)

Travel: Up to 40% of travelling to Site


Primary Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive service growth (OPEX, CAPEX, Automation/Digital, Spares).
  • Strengthen and develop customer relationships through regular visits.
  • Manage leads and opportunities via Salesforce.
  • Lead and grow the regional service team.
  • Develop proposals and act as the main customer interface for all.
  • Support warranty management after handover.


Project Execution:

  • Manage OPEX and Spares projects execution.
  • Act as the customer-facing lead during project delivery.
  • Full P&L responsibility for service hub.
  • Manage onsite teams and contractors.
  • Oversee invoicing and payment collections.
  • Support sales planning and achieve T/A billing targets.


Profile Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Experienced in 5–10 years' experience in Electrical Background.
  • Experienced in Hydropower industry.
  • Experienced in site management (construction, commissioning and engineering in Electrical).
  • Strong leadership, sales, and project management experience.
  • Solid technical knowledge of hydro turbines, generators, and BOP.
  • Highly motivated, accountable, and customer-focused.
  • Strong team player, comfortable working remotely.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce and SAP knowledge a plus.
  • Willing to travel up to 40%.
