Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage device performance, updates, and patches.

Collaborate with IT and support teams to resolve device-related issues and incidents.

Implement and manage service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) to ensure efficient and effective device management.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide training and support to end-users on device management best practices.

Develop and maintain documentation for device management processes and procedures.
