This role supports service line strategy development and leads special projects to enhance clinical and operational performance across assigned departments. Responsibilities include program management, monitoring KPIs, facilitating multidisciplinary teams and contributing to business plans for service line growth. You will drive data analytics initiatives by developing business intelligence tools and reports to support active daily management and process improvements. Additionally, you are expected to lead performance improvement efforts by applying data-driven methodologies to identify and implement operational efficiencies and system-level enhancements.
