What You’ll Do:

In the role of Estimator, you will primarily be responsible in writing 100% of the estimates, review work orders when work has been completed and prepare work orders for invoicing. Provides estimates for customers, and reviews that work was done to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate for the Service Estimator is a self-motivated and results-driven team player with superior customer service and interpersonal skills. A successful candidate in this position will have a strong background in estimating and preferably in a diesel repair or dealership setting.

Job Duties:

• Provides 90% of all estimates to customers
• Opens and closes repair orders
• Generates purchase orders
• Provides customer service for department
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations
• Develops and communicates the company’s values, vision and mission

• Proficient in computer skills is required
• Automotive technician experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated and self-starter

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  
  

Compensation:

• $20-$28/hour depending on skills and experience
