Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Guadalajara, JAL. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks.

Qualifications:

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in providing technical support
• Ability to work on-site and handle maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of relevant equipment and systems
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• English/Chinese speaking will be an added advantage.
