Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Albany, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in supporting operational workflows, ensuring accurate data management, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in administrative and operational tasks, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage dispatching activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Process and track time and materials billing with precision and accuracy.
• Handle incoming service calls and provide appropriate follow-up to resolve issues.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support the team by managing and organizing operational documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to address inquiries and provide updates.
• Identify and escalate operational issues to the appropriate parties for resolution.
• Monitor workflows to ensure compliance with established procedures and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching, billing, or related operational roles.
• Proficiency in processing time and materials billing with attention to detail.
• Strong ability to handle service calls and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication abilities to liaise with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with operational workflows and problem-solving techniques.
