JOB SUMMARY Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Service Desk Technician for a 6M C2H opportunity that is located in Dallas, TX 75254 (onsite 5-days per week). The Senior Service Desk Technician will maintain and support the IT Infrastructure, including network, servers, security, storage administration, and business continuity (power / outages). The Senior Service Desk Technician will provide remote global support, through continuous monitoring of all internal / external active network connections. The Service Desk Technician will configure and distribute equipment and peripherals and provides desktop support to ensure smooth operation, performance, and organizational growth.
