Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:

Pay Range: $24 Per Hr

Description:

  • Provide remote support to various locations with diverse infrastructure needs.
  • Respond to technical support requests via phone and online, documenting tickets comprehensively.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and triage IT issues, escalating complex problems to advanced teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on empathy and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
  • Utilize knowledgebases to address hardware and software issues.
  • Support hardware connectivity and troubleshooting for various devices.
  • Manage remote desktop and network configurations.
  • Support software applications and troubleshoot server environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printing systems.
  • Handle basic network troubleshooting and account management tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Two years' experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
