Description:
Provide remote support to various locations with diverse infrastructure needs.
Respond to technical support requests via phone and online, documenting tickets comprehensively.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and triage IT issues, escalating complex problems to advanced teams.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on empathy and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Utilize knowledgebases to address hardware and software issues.
Support hardware connectivity and troubleshooting for various devices.
Manage remote desktop and network configurations.
Support software applications and troubleshoot server environments.
Configure and troubleshoot printing systems.
Handle basic network troubleshooting and account management tasks.
Qualifications:
Two years' experience in technical support or customer service.
Technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
