What's the Role:
Reporting to the HR Services Manager- Americas as HR Services Lead for Bradken South America (SAM) provides critical local leadership for the HR Services team across the region, encompassing Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Panama.
As HR Services Lead for South America, you will:
Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administrative support functions.
Your key focus is ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managed through outsourced providers in each country
Collaborate with the HR Services Manager – Americas to align on strategies and implement global policies.
Drive continuous process improvement to optimize operations and enhance the employee experience.
Lead and develop the local HR Services team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, mitigating organizational risk.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including Finance, HRBPs, and regional leadership, to achieve business objectives.
Provide insightful reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.
Proactively manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Lead HR Services across South America, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Initially focus on Chilca’s HR needs as operations are established.
Drive process improvements, reviewing the current state and proposing enhancements.
Ensure attention to detail, customer focus, and operational efficiency.
Lead key projects, including a strategic payroll review to assess whether to maintain outsourcing or transition to an in-house payroll system.
We are looking for a highly driven professional with a strong process improvement mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead HRS operational enhancements across the region.
The role is based in Lima.
