Your mission

Therefore, as a Service Desk Agent you will be supporting end users and act as an escalation point for other service agents around the world, so it's a great opportunity to get to know the whole company in a short amount of time.

Other main responsibilities are:

• Maintaining the life cycle of end user devices and creating user accounts
• Handling incidents, requests and problems on client, server and network
• Supporting infrastructure and custom software
• Updating the worklog of the tickets
• Preparing and maintaining (end user) documentation
• Asset tracking and management

What do you need to be successful in your mission?

• You have relevant experience as a Service Desk Agent (medior/senior).
• You have a sound knowledge of:
• Windows 10 & 11 and Mac (in enterprises)
• Office/Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange, Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc)
• Teams (including telephony)
• Sharepoint
• Automatization via Autopilot and IntuneManaging accounts in Active Directory
• Azure Active Directory ticket handling
• You are familiar with Windows servers, SQL, Azure, VMWare/ScriptingCisco, Palo Alto and Meraki
• You are communicative and able to build good internal and external relationships
• You feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment and are able to set priorities
• You are hands-on, eager to learn and have a positive attitude
• You are punctual and can work in a structured way
• You are fluent in English and Dutch, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
