Summary
Our client is a leading full-service technology and managed services firm looking for a Service Desk Administrator who is enthusiastic about what they do, who wishes to grow their career and is eager to take on new challenges, with a learning mindset.
You will be involved in:
Providing end user support
Resolving internet outages
Imaging laptops
Office 365 application management
Office 365 license management
Managing anti-virus and security updates
LAN and WAN support of networking software/hardware
Maintain documentation, reports and records regarding infrastructure solutions deployed

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
