Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage designers and squads in check to avoid bias and assumption-based decision making
  • Manage the squad designs for by applying ethnographic and participatory research methods
  • Drive and manage squads to collect, interpret and create insights
  • Translate the research insights into opportunities and design guidelines
  • Oversee and facilitate the Design Chapter to uplift its quality, practices and capability in the areas of design research, product design, service design and AI design.
  • Apply solid understanding of user experience design principles with the ability to address complex design problems and provide sound design solutions.
  • Improve the user experience for new and existing products
  • Develop detailed storyboards, customer journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional design teams to complete projects on-time
  • Use JIRA / GitHub tools to support agile methodologies and manage your projects, Juggle projects while effectively managing timelines and expectation.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates an understanding of user experience design and design best practices,
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment
