Your Role:

As Service Delivery Manager for our Managed XDR (MXDR) service, you are the primary connection between our clients and the internal, client-focused team. You collaborate closely with dedicated cybersecurity consultants to build strong client relationships and continuously improve their security posture.

You’ll combine:

• Clear communication (to understand our clients — and help them understand us),
• Structure (to ensure we deliver what we promise),
• And commercial awareness (to identify opportunities to add value).

What You Bring

✔ Experience in service delivery management, ideally in cybersecurity

✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

✔ A proactive, client-focused mindset

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ability

➕ Preferred: Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL 4, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity)
