Summary

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project and Service Manager with extensive experience in coordinating security services. This person will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient management of their needs, proper execution of contracted services, and prompt resolution of any issues. The ideal candidate must be responsible, highly customer-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will act as the liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and the delivery of effective cybersecurity solutions. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate cybersecurity projects, ensuring proper execution and compliance with deadlines. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and a swift response to their needs. Coordinate and oversee services such as penetration testing, vulnerability management, cyber intelligence, among others. Ensure the quality of cybersecurity service delivery, aligning expectations and results with clients. Manage incidents, escalate issues when necessary, and propose timely and appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project execution. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the services provided. Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and threats to proactively advise clients. Qualifications Requirements 5-6 years of experience in cybersecurity and service management. Knowledge of cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, vulnerability management, cyber intelligence, among others. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work teams. Results-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving and incident management skills. Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). Desirable Certifications in cybersecurity and project management (CISM, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, among others). Experience in consulting firms or cybersecurity service providers. Advanced English proficiency.
